Why Does CHSC require Team Rosters:

  1. Emergency: It helps in emergency situations and helps CHSC to identify and provide better service to participants.
  2. Scheduling: The number of players on a roster will determine the number of heats for Track and Field, races for Lime and Spoon and scheduling of other events.
  3. Waivers: Ensure that all players are registered and have signed Authorization, Release and Waiver forms.
  4. Substitutions: It allows all members of each team and organizers the ability to access the subs list.
  5. Communication: It allows CHSC to easily identify participants in upcoming events and communicate any changes.
  6. Sportsmanship Follow-up: If there are any sportsmanship concerns, CHSC would have contact information for each play, should er ever need it.
